The Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science is one of three faculties at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück. It evolved in 2003 out of a combination of the three technical departments

• Electrical engineering and computer science
• Mechanical engineering
• Materials and process engineering.

Today, more than 2500 students study one of the 18 Bachelor or 6 Master courses. As the teaching and multifaceted research activities are practice-oriented, it is guaranteed that graduates will be skilled in a broad range of scientific methods and instruments.
